Welcome to the ad purchase and upload website portal for Seventieth Annual Youth Leadership Academy Gala! Each year, The Ebony Pearls Foundation of San Diego, Inc.® through the efforts of the Leadership Academy, mentors young women. We extend our heartfelt gratitude for your support. Select and purchase your ads through your child's page in the Candidates' Portal or through the Sorority Members Portal. You also have the option to upload your own ad designs. Ad submission deadline is Friday, February 6, 2026.

Helpful info

All ads (our ad templates and ads created by families, mentors and businesses) should be full color. To use our templates, simply type in your text and upload your pictures with your payment.

If you create your own ad design, please submit it as a PDF with 300 dpi resolution. It also must have your chosen ad size specification (listed below with prices). We offer ad reconfiguration for an additional $60 if your ad needs to be adjusted to meet the size specifications. You can also acquire our design services for an additional $80 to create your ad from scratch.

If you use Zelle as your payment option or checks / money orders to purchase your ad, here are the prices:

Pledge Keepers Ad (Sorority Members Only - $25)

Full Page - 7.25 inches by 9.25 inches, Vertical ($350)

Half Page - 7.25 inches by 4.5 inches, Horizontal ($175)

Quarter Page - 3.5 inches by 4.5 inches, Vertical ($90)

If you use PayPal or credit cards as your payment options, there are additional processing fees. Here are the prices:

If you want to use any of the ad templates for your business, visit the Businesses / General Public Portal and choose your ad design or upload your own.
To submit your ad after payment, please click here. You can either use our provided templates or submit your own creation using any design apps you enjoy using. For clarity:

Please ensure your file name includes the Ebony Pearls’ name or initials.

Send a print-ready PDF (300 dpi resolution) with the exact size required:

Full Page Ad Size - 7.25 inches by 9.25 inches, Vertical

Half Page Ad Size - 7.25 inches by 4.5 inches, Horizontal

Quarter Page Ad Size - 3.5 inches by 4.5 inches, Vertical

PDFs are preferred, however other acceptable formats are JPG, TIFF or PNG.

Do not send a Word (.doc) or PowerPoint document. Resave the document as a PDF.

All images and artwork should be scanned at 300 dpi resolution for best reproduction. Please ensure that your images are not too dark or blurry.

All ads should be in CMYK format for best reproduction. RGB format (the format of most jpeg files) is also accepted.

We accept payments through Zelle, PayPal, Credit Card, Check or Money Order. Please note that processing fees apply for PayPal and credit card purchases; however, you can avoid fees by making payments using Zelle, Check or Money Order:

When you use Zelle, Check or Money Order, choose MANUAL PAYMENT on the checkout page. After choosing this option, use your Zelle app to send funds to Ebony Pearls. We can be found by typing ebonypearlssd@gmail.com.

Checks / Money Orders should be made payable to Ebony Pearls Foundation of San Diego, Inc. The last day to accept checks is Saturday, January 31, 2026.

Please ensure to include ""Full/Half/Quarter Page Ad for Ebony Pearl (Candidate Name)" and the order number in the memo section of the check. For example, write on the check "Full Page Ad Payment for Ebony Pearl Janice Jackson, Order Number #045."
